On behalf of Iranian Geotechnical Society (IGS), the Organizing Committee has the honor and great privilege of inviting you to attend the 4^th International Conference on Geotechnical Engineering and Soil Mechanics (ICGESM 2010)-New Developments and Lessons Learned in Geotechnical Engineering. The conference which is endorsed by leading international professional organizations, will take place in Tehran, Iran on November 2-3, 2010.
